Which social media accounts do you manage?

We manage Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts, as we find that these four channels deliver the best results for small businesses. In our Miny and Moe plans, we also offer weekly posts on LinkedIn, and those posts can either be created for your company’s LinkedIn page or your individual LinkedIn account to improve your personal branding and networking opportunities.

If you require assistance with managing other social media channels, whether it’s Google Plus, YouTube, Snapchat, Tumblr or Reddit, we can still help. You can swap and change out any of our five main social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) for another of your choice, or you can bundle them together and ask for a bespoke quote.

What sort of content do you publish?
When we take on your social media channels, you’ll get a dedicated account manager. They’ll spend time researching your niche and industry and find relevant and authoritative sources to find information for social media posts. As well as posting content from news websites and blogs, we’ll share content from your website (like your blog posts, product pages, other content) and, with some of our plans, we’ll also create our own content like GIFs, images and videos to share, too.
How do you know enough about my business to post for me?

We’ll ask you to fill in a questionnaire when you join, and you’ll be given a social media account manager who’s got experience in your niche or industry. You can ask us to focus on specific parts of your business (so, for example, you could ask that we promote your new product lines), or you can leave us to research into your business and niche and create content accordingly.

We’ll always run past the first month’s social media content with you before it’s published to ensure we’re on brand, and from there we’ll create an ongoing dialogue to ensure we’re always posting the content you want us to.

Oh, and it’s important to note that you’ll still be able to access and post on your channels at all times – our social media management can simply act as an extension of the work you’re already putting into your Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram accounts.

How do you offer customer service to my clients?

On some of our plans, we offer customer service as part of our social media management. A whopping 54% of millennials said they stopped doing business with a company because of poor customer service, so it’s essential that you offer friendly, fast and efficient customer service on all of your social media channels. Thanks to our brand monitoring tools, we’ll be able to see when a customer needs a response, and we’ll use one of the stock responses that has been approved by you.

Where we can, we’ll direct your customers to your website (so make sure you have as much customer service content like FAQs and blog posts), but if we don’t know the answer to a question we’ll simply ask them to email or call you directly.

What custom content do you create?

Custom-designed content can improve engagement and help increase brand awareness, so we offer content creation with most of our social media management packages. The majority of the content that we create is imaged-based; think GIFs, statistics, quotes from satisfied customers and banners to promote your new products or special offers. We’ll always run new content past you before we publish it, and we’ll be sympathetic to your brand (fonts, colours, logos ) as far as we can be.
